Giveaway and Entry Eligibility

 

Larnie Balloons is working on becoming Australia's Most Extravagant Balloon company!

 

We are a local Gold Coast business with a long history of running successful businesses on the Gold Coast. 

 

The purpose of our giveaway is to build relationships with Gold Coast and Brisbane locals by giving you the opportunity to win a $500 balloon decor package* for your next Event and allow us meaningfully engage with you by adding you to our VIP email list for regular email updates, offers, specials and related information. Your details will never be shared with any other business or platform. The purpose is solely for us to build a relationship with you.

 

1) Event must be held within a suburb of the Gold Coast or Brisbane between 1.12.2023 and 31.03.2024 excluding 24-26.12.2023, 31.12.2023 and 01.01.2024 - but if you want a display for these dates, we can look at an early install for you!

2) R rated events and/or events that do not align with our family values are not eligible for entry.

3) Decor design and photography taken by us will be used for advertising, social media and other promotional uses.

4) Your first name and initial of your surname will be used in the winner announcement across all of our social media, website and other channels.

5) Winners will be selected and announced on a IG Live at 12pm Friday 10.11.2023 and advised by both phone and email.

6) You will be given opportunity to input your own creativity however final designs must be approved by us and align to our family values and the purpose of the giveaway.

7) The venue must be made available for set up and pack down with a minimum 45 minutes.

9) The Giveaway is advertised across multiple channels including, but not limited to our website, Instagram and facebook.

10) All entries will be considered and is not a game of chance, so only 1 entry is necessary, however you are welcome to enter multiple times if you have multiple event dates.

11) The Giveaway is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. 

12) All entries will be subscribed to our email list for future subscriptions, newsletters, updates and related information.

13) Competition Opens 9am AEST Monday 25th September 2023 and closes 9am Monday 6th November 2023.

14) This is a game of skill and promoted in accordance with regulations set out under QLD Dept Liquor and Gaming.

15) If the winner does not utilise their prize by the end date of 31.03.2024, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and rolled over to a future prize draw.

16) To redeem the prize, winners must appoint one representative to engage with Larnie Balloons and respond to the written request for the initial discussion regarding the balloon decor requirements for your event. The standard Order T&Cs must be agreed and signed including the order, event location time and details for setup. 

17) The competition is also open to family-suited Gold Coast businesses excluding Adult Industry, sex industry, adult-themed parties, events and the like.

19) This competition is conducted by Larnie Balloons, a wholly owned entity of Red Eden Pty Ltd as trustee for the Red Eden Trust ABN 46 905 293 416.
